Illegal is true and it makes me so mad. This is where a person has to plan ahead so you don't get to the point that you are helpless and laying in a bed costing those you love HUGE BUCKS that are poorly spent and the helpless suffer extensively. Wills do help, as do end of life instructions, though you know and I know the 'authorities' can ignore those and keep you helpless and making them money for years. So.Pissed.Off.
